With over 15 years of experience in industry, research, development, and education, I have a strong background in smart services, immersive technologies, digitalisation, service prototyping AI, and emerging technologies. I am also a visiting lecturer at Furtwangen University, where I teach the Smart Service Innovation course, which covers the technologies involved in service innovation. I am a board member of the IEEE ICE TEMS conference and have published numerous papers, journal articles, and book chapters on service prototyping, extended reality, and service innovation. I am passionate about exploring the challenges and opportunities in research and innovation.

I hold a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering (2020) from HESAM Université and Arts et Métiers ParisTech, a Master's degree in IT Business Consulting (2013) from Hochschule Furtwangen, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics and Robotics Engineering (2009).
