In his current position as Head of Automation and Industrial IT, Harald Kirsch is responsible for the implementation of a modern, agile organisational structure, "intelligent" Industry 4.0 and IIoT solutions and services to ensure the future viability of the company.

My main motivation is to encourage young people to do something extraordinary and to inspire them to work in ways where everyone with his individual talents contributes their unique perspectives.  It is my passion to work together with the younger generations on future perspectives of digitalization. I think this will be one of the most important capacities to develop for the future."
